One action.
Every day.

inForm turns the health data Apple has already been collecting into one clear, achievable daily action — tailored specifically to you.

See how it works

The noise is deafening.

An unprecedented explosion of health content — and the louder it gets, the harder it is to know what to actually do.

And yet, the answer has been quietly running in your pocket the entire time.

You're already tracking everything.

Apple Health has been quietly running in the background — logging every step, every night of sleep, every workout, every heartbeat. It syncs automatically with your Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura Ring, Whoop, and hundreds of compatible apps.

Apple has already done the grunt work — for you and for us. Your data is there. It just isn't working for you yet. inForm is the layer that makes it mean something.

AI-powered analysis
Today's action
"Take a 15-minute walk before 2pm — your energy dips every afternoon."

From data to direction in seconds.

No manual entry. No setup. Your existing Apple Health data does the work.

1

Connect

Grant HealthKit access in one tap. Your existing data — sometimes years of it — flows in immediately. No migration, no manual entry.

2

Analyze

Our AI reads your actual patterns against your personal goals — not generic benchmarks. Sleep, activity, heart rate, nutrition, and more, synthesized together.

3

Act

One thing. Today. Under two minutes. Not a report or a summary — a specific, achievable action that fits naturally into your existing life.

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

01

Your Daily Formula

Every day, inForm surfaces your single highest-leverage health action based on your real data from the past seven days. Not a reminder. Not a nudge. A direction — concrete, specific, and achievable today.

02

Ask Anything

A conversational health assistant that knows your data, your goals, and your history. Ask about a rough week of sleep, a weird heart rate spike, or what to eat before a workout. It answers from your actual numbers.

03

Food Scanner

Point your camera at a meal, your fridge, or a grocery receipt. Get instant macro estimates for every item. No barcode scanning. No manual logging. Just a photo.

04

Weekly & Monthly Trends

Zoom out and see what's actually moving the needle. Week-over-week and month-over-month summaries that highlight real patterns — and tell you what to do about them.

Your health data stays yours.

We built inForm around a simple principle: your most sensitive data should never leave your device unless you explicitly send it — and even then, it shouldn't stick around.

×
No server-side storage Health data is analyzed in transit and immediately discarded. We have no database of your health records — because we never wanted one.
Photos never retained Food photos are analyzed by AI and discarded on the spot. They are never stored, never indexed, never seen by a human.
Keychain encryption Everything sensitive — tokens, profile, food log, reflections — lives in your iOS Keychain, encrypted and on-device only.
Required MFA Every account requires TOTP multi-factor authentication. Your health data is protected by more than just a password.
Where your data lives
Health metrics (steps, sleep, HRV…) On-device
Food photos Not retained
Food log & nutrition On-device
Profile & goals On-device
Auth tokens On-device
Server-side health database Doesn't exist

Built by people who felt the same frustration.

We had years of health data sitting in Apple Health and no real idea what to do with it. So we built the thing we wished existed.
